My name is Emil. I am 28 years old and currently a third-term photojournalism student at the Danish School of Media and Journalism in Aarhus.
I have been doing fine art photography and street photography since 2021. However, since starting my current education a year ago, I have embraced a journalistic approach to photography, focusing on portraits and reportage as part of my visual storytelling. Photography has now become a way for me to connect with people, learn about their stories and perspectives, and share them visually. My curiosity and passion for storytelling have grown rapidly ever since.
I enjoy working with natural, aesthetic lighting, and I strive to reveal the beauty in what is fragile and sensitive, especially in my journalistic work.
